We gurantee your package until it is confirmed delivered. We are not responsible for your package once it is scanned as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen, please check your tracking information to first confirm the package was delivered. If your tracking information states delivered, and it was not, please contact your local post office to inquire about your package and file a claim. We cannot file a claim on your behalf once it is scanned as delivered due to privacy laws.
We are NOT responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We do NOT accept checks.
However, we do accept money orders. Please include your shipping address, the name you would your order placed under, phone number, and exactly what you would like to purchase including shipping.
